We know that the companies that have made the list in the past have gone on to great success in following years, winning new clients, investment, and world-class reputations – we’re looking forward to a bright future.
“With the growth of mobility and cloud computing as major drivers of the ICT sector, there are many market opportunities that BC companies are capitalizing on,” said Reg Nordman, Managing Partner at Rocket Builders, “And despite slow economic growth in most global markets, ICT companies are finding ways to win customers in the United States and abroad.”
How does Rocket Builders actually choose the companies that make the list? As part of the rigorous process, we gave a presentation showing our mission, value proposition, customer orientation, marketing plans, business growth and other key factors. According to Rocket Builders, three elements characterize the high-growth firms that made it: “a growing market opportunity, a unique competitive position and customer validation of a must-have value proposition.”
What was it in particular that helped put us over the top? Our hard-earned reputation as top experts in our field? The fact that we serve 500,000 users for more than 150 clients in Education, Healthcare, and Training markets? Our powerful strategic partnerships? I don’t know for sure, but I like to think it had something to do with our focus on delivering customer service – because that, more than anything, has helped us get to where we are today.
We’ve Learned the Most Important Measure of Our Success: Our Customers’ Feedback
We’re so proud to have reached this milestone – but at the same time, we know that our most important measure of how we’re doing is what our customers are saying about us. Here are just a few recent examples:
· Why Lambda Solutions? Our Customer Support is Fast and Reliable. “We always receive prompt replies and solutions to our issues. Thank you!” -- Mount Sinai Hospital.
· BCcampus Shared Services: Creating Value for the B.C. Moodle Community. “Shared Services provides post-secondary institutions with a scalable, systemic, and sustainable foundation for e-Learning services,” says Lawrence Parisotto, Director of Collaborative Program and Shared Service Initiatives.
· How Moodle Helps School Deliver Quality Education at Great Value. The PCLC has been running the program only since September of 2011, but they’ve got plans to scale up. Demand for this kind of program is high” Gellman says.
We put great effort into serving our customers the way they want to be treated. We know that their success is our success – and ultimately, the accolades we get from clients are the ones that our team and our investors can really take to the bank. To our customers: thank you for helping us get to this stage where we’re now “Ready to Rocket”!
