Dear Lambda,
I appreciate the service we received for our recent issue. Sam promptly identified the problem and provided a useful workaround.
However, my concern lies in the lack of explanation regarding the root cause. While I was informed that a filter change might have triggered the issue, the specific filter was never identified. Ideally, we should have been able to edit that filter to restore normal report operation.
Although reports don't spontaneously change, it appears this particular report may have been affected by a backend update. We've encountered similar issues after updates in the past.
This report has been consistently used over several years with minor adjustments for new program years. It's a crucial tool for managers across Canada to track their teams' training progress. Had a dealer encountered a missing user, we would have been alerted earlier, as it can impact Subaru Canada's significant rewards programs.
