A common goal for most LMS projects is to provide users a course or package of learning so they can walk away with a new skill - but how do you tie a skill to specific learning? The use of competencies is a popular solution, and grouping these skills together in a plan for learners is often a good way to direct them towards success. Now, you just need to know who completed what, and what skills they gained.
In this session, we will use Totara to:
- Set up Competencies in a Hierarchy format
- Use Learning Plans to assign Competencies to Positions or Users
- Report on your Competency completions and levels with two Zoola Reports
